What’s the purpose?

This is a quick and affordable way to obtain a remote valuation (model-based) without a physical home inspection. This method is often used for bridging loans, or for refinancing or modifying a mortgage, provided you borrow a maximum of 90% of the property’s value.
How much does it cost?

The reports can be requested online for approximately € 100,- per report.
Good to know:

Estimated valuation

What is it?

This is an estimate of a property’s potential market value, based on current market trends. Please note: this is an informal assessment.
Who’s doing it?

Mostly a real estate agent.
What’s the purpose?

An estimated valuation is often performed when you’re considering selling your house. The real estate agent will give you an idea of the asking price that’s realistic, based on the current market.
